Looking to get started running and want accountability, expertise, and structure to guide you? Need some people to run with? Join the Fleet Feet Albany 5K Beginner Program. This program's intention is to establish consistent habits, greater fitness, have fun, and help you to develop your running to meet future goals. The benefit of training with an experienced coachs means that everything you do has a specific purpose. It’s a great feeling knowing that your training is always leading to progress.
The Albany No Boundaries 5k training program is designed for new runners or people who wish to return after a running hiatus. Coach Justin Clement will provide fun, targeted training to get you across the finish line of a 5K race. The training group will meet on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM beginning on Monday, March 30, at (or near) Fleet Feet Albany (155 Wolf Road). The program concludes on Thursday, June 4.
Participants will be required to bring their own water.
