The Saucony Peregrine continues to master the trails in the latest –– tenth –– version. Sticky traction is still the name of the game with the PWRTRAC rubber outsole. New in this version are the outsole guide holes designed to allow you to drill screws into the bottom of the Peregrine for additional traction in the ice. If you are running in particularly wet conditions there are also set locations for you to drill through the Peregrine;s midsole for better drainage. The latest version of the Peregrine also reintroduces the rock plate for added protection. The ISOFIT of past models has now been discontinued in favor of the FORMFIT upper that achieves a more locked-down fit. Saucony also makes the Peregrine 10 in a Gor-Tex version using the latest "invisible fit" technology to make the Gor-Tex more integral to the shoe and more comfortable on your foot. The new Peregrine 10 will allow you to run on the trails in all types of conditions, no excuses.
