Aside from a notable change in midsole material, the updated Kinvara only gives us some slight adjustments and that is a good things for long-time fans. This is still a light, cushioned neutral running shoe that is great for just about everything. You can run easy in it, use it for tempo work, and race in it. More and more people are also using it for a versatile shoe at the gym. The midsole in now made out of Saucony’s PWRRUN, which is a TPU infused EVA foam that remains light and cushioned. PWRRUN+ has replaced the EVERRUN topsoil. It remains light and responsive. One of the main features, however, of PWRRUN+ is that it is 25% lighter than EVERRUN, but just as durable.
