The Torin 5 unified the Torin once again into one shoe. It is now a max-cushioned shoe that replicates the 28 millimeter stack height of the now discontinued Torin Plush. Critically, however, the new, updated Torin uses a new midsole foam — Ego Max — that has that great combination of soft, responsive, and light. Altra’s famous Footshape toe box has been slightly widened for the latest version of the Torin. This is a protective shoe that will help you with big mileage.
