With over four decades of dedicated running under her belt, Angela Mills traversed life's highs and lows with her trusty running shoes. Born and raised in the scenic landscapes of Upstate NY (Delaware County), running courses through her veins, inherited from a lineage of super-athletes. Now, as a proud mother of three and doting Gigi of two, Angela has embarked on a new adventure, 'displaced' to the Lone Star State of Texas. But no matter the miles between us, her passion for running and storytelling knows no bounds.

In 'Run for Your Life,' Angela weaves tales of triumph and tribulation, sprinkled with insights from fellow runners, all while embracing the camaraderie of the running community.
