My foot doctor recommended these shoes to me when I had recovered from a stress fracture. I also have arthritis, arch issues, pronation and occasional tendinitis. These shoes help me keep my feet healthy and keep me moving. Highly recommend!
Better than the 4s & 3s
I was skeptical about the changes made from the 3 and 4s, but ultimately found myself with a pair of 5s on. Wow was I wrong. The 5s are more secure in their structure, eliminating the constant need to tighten laces and wear thicker socks I was having to do with the 3/4s. There's no 'floating' around in these puppies. They are very responsive underfoot, springing you towards your next mile happily. Ive been using these for my marathon training and have zero complaints. As far as the new design of the back of heel where your foot goes in, I haven't had any blisters or concerns with it---for some reason that design change was a big hold up for me buying the 5s. Again, happy to have been proven wrong by the comfort of these shoes. I regret not buying 2 pairs!
Awesome thing turned bad….
I got my Hokas as a birthday present in September. Only worn them for workouts and a month later they are falling apart at the base.
My daughter has very flat feet. These are the best shoes she has ever had. She LOVES them!
These shoes are heaven. I have plantars fascitis and when walking now I do not have any pain!!
Great new running shoes
I do like these, but when I add an insert, my toes go numb, no matter how loose I make them. They are already 1.5 sizes bigger than my feet, and because of that, my heel slips out. There is a lot of shoe here, but it does make me feel stable, and I like the rockers on the botton.
Love them for walking short or longer distances. I will buy more!
Hold One One Arahi 5
I choose this particular style for stability, support and roomy toebox. The Arahi 5 is a little snugger in fit than the past ones.
Great Shoe - Great Service
I’m not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination but I DO have bad knees & feet. After flunking custom orthotics I went to my local Fleet Feet & Emerson did all the gait & pressure tests & looked for a stability shoe for me. While I fell in love with the teal M width Arahi 5, I ended up ordering the pale blue Wide width & it has been a great choice! Very comfortable, I can feel my alignment correcting as I break them in. The shoe is very well-made & I am very happy with the fit & feel. Because I fiddled with the width, I ended up doing 3 purchases & 2 returns
Hoka One One Arahi 5
My physical therapist recommended I get a new pair of running/walking shoes. I tried a few different shoes, but these felt the best. They also seem to have remedied the problem I was having with my right foot. They are extremely comfortable!
