Great

Love them, great shoes for a Clydesdale (250 lbs at 6'4"). Average run 3-4 miles 3x per week.

Amazing

I own my own hair business, which means I’m pretty much standing all day. I also suffer from two herniated discs that make working very difficult. Since I’m self-employed and don’t have insurance, I’m forced to work in order to afford my medical bills. These shoes are a godsend. I don’t think I would have survived doing what I do without them. They really help with the pain. Definitely a life long customer.

Best shoe I have ever worn

Right out the box, this shoe wore perfectly! Almost no break-in is required to wear on a daily basis. The staff at Fleet Feet in Greenville NC did an amazing job fitting this to me. I wish I had started shopping here long ago!

Clifton 8

I did a twenty miler the first time I wore them and they had a plus-consistent overall score compared to the Clifton 7. I feel protected, safe, and my feet and ankles still don't hurt, this far after three models of wearing Cliftons (5,7,8) Those long "Man from the Clouds" runs are the faith and the cornerstone, the integrity and the preserverance for overcoming a terrible evil mystery that set forth itself in my course of life. I WEAR HOKA ONE ONE to be an unsung hero, unheard, tested by an unjust demon haunting me, while pushed to the limits of sanity with not one voice propagating rectitude, reconciliation. The man you know as Roman only has one partner and it goes by the name of Hoka One One.

Starting to become my favorite shoe

I bought these shoes primarily because I suffer from plantar fasciitis and work on my feet most of the day. I also enjoy running, nothing crazy…I keep my runs at around 3 miles. Due to this I am always on the lookout for a shoe that allows me to do this while minimizing the pain in my foot. This shoe didn’t start out as my favorite. I wasn’t a huge fan, and I’m still not, of the design. I feel that the shoe, overall, looks chunky. The reason I give it 4.5 stars is purely based on how they feel. I’ve been able to run 9 miles over 3 days and woke up each morning with practically no foot pain. I also recently took a trip with my wife and her family to Disneyland. I was on my feet, standing and walking, for almost 15 hours. Still the next morning…no pain. I finally feel excited to run again!

Hoka Clifton 8

The Hoka Clifton 8s are amazing. My previous shoes were the Brooks Glycerin 18s which were also an amazing shoe but the Cliftons are more plush and reactive throughout the stride. I'm not a long distance runner by any means and only run about 7 miles at my longest distance and these shoes have improved recovery times and I feel more energized throughout the workout.

Clifton 8

Nice looking trainer. Comfortable with plenty of cushion. I like the taller heel. Put about 180 miles of running/walking so far and still has adequate cushion. I tend to under-pronate so these are great for that issue.

Excellent Running Shoe

Hoka is the only brand of shoes I have used for the past several years and the Clifton 8 is without a doubt the most comfortable running shoe I have ever had.

Shoe Comfort

I was asked by someone about how I liked the shoes. Their husband works in the medical field and is looking for a comfortable shoe. My response to them was that the shoe takes a little getting used to because of the arch support. Overall the Fleet Feet experience was good and I recommended to them that they try the Hoka shoe at one of their locations.

Hoka One One

I’ve been a Brooks fan since I’ve been running for 2 years. Still love them for training but Hoka is THE shoe for running, for me! With the help of steroids, my heel pain has resolved and I know now that my shoes caused my issues. Thankfully, no issues since I switched!
