Location--Area # 14 South side of dam in parking lot.

Check in--Area 14 shelter 7:30am

Start-8:00

Distances / Fees--4 mile--$25.00  8 mile--$35.00  12 mile--$45.00

Fees include--shirts ,medals to top 3 in all divisions, snacks, drinks.

RUCKERS--Sign up for the distance you are doing then let us know at check in you are rucking. 
Ruckers will go 15 minutes before the runners.7:45

Registration closes September 25
Format--Course is a 4 mile out and back from Area 14 shelter and goes on the trails on and out and back course.
