Features

The Saucony Kinvara 14 is flexible, fast and fun.

Get ready for fast transitions—the Kinvara 14 is newly designed with a mid-rocker shape to give you quick propulsion, while the contoured sidewalls cradle your foot as you pick up the pace.

Spring off the ground like a trampoline, Saucony designers added 3 mm of PWRRUN cushioning underfoot and a PWRRUN+ sock liner to give you even more comfort.

A redesigned engineered mesh upper is airy and provides a distraction-free fit, while the minimalist outsole has rubber in high-impact zones leaving the shoe lightweight and speedy.

Lighter than ever, the Saucony Kinvara 14 gives you a fast, plateless run.

What’s New

This is a pretty big update to the Saucony Kinvara 14. Saucony designers added 3 mm of their PWRRUN cushioning to this shoe, increasing the stack height, and also used a PWRRUN+ sockliner to make it more comfortable. They redesigned the geometry to give the shoe a rocker shape and contoured sidewalls. Plus, they updated the upper to make it more breathable. All of these updates made the shoe about an ounce lighter than the Saucony Kinvara 13.

Who It’s Best For

If you are looking for a lightweight, neutral running shoe, the Saucony Kinvara 14 is a great choice. This is also a fast option for those who do not like the feel or price tag of carbon-plated shoes.

Why You’ll Love It

You will love that the Saucony Kinvara 14 is lightweight, flexible and fast. You can pick up the pace as well as comfortably log your long runs in this shoe.

Hear From an Outfitter

“The Kinvara 14 is everything I want in a running shoe and nothing that I don't want. The flexible mesh upper allows for a more customizable fit. The firm and higher cushion allows for a cushioned yet responsive run. You can do your everyday mileage in it and also take it to the track for some speed work. I reach for this shoe more than any other in my rotation. I take this shoe traveling a lot because it's lightweight and fits well in my carry on luggage. I love the Kinvara, and for the price, you cannot beat this shoe!”

Not the same as the 13s

VixieS 4 months ago Verified Purchase

I’ve been a pretty loyal Kinvara fan for a while now. I recently bought the 14s without even checking the stack height thinking it would be the same as the 13s. I only did one training run with them and couldn’t figure out why my calf and bottom of foot was sore. I thought it was me and went back to my 13s with no issue. I checked the details on the 24 and now realize that the additional padding is jacking me up. I’m too late to return them so now I need to find another replacement for the Kinvara. I’m so disappointed.

Ordered a wide width and they're super narrow - just as narrow as normal width.

Very disappointing

I've used Kinvara's since the Kinvara 2 for over 10 years and have always loved them. This new model is a great disappointment. I gave them a try for a few weeks and have developed bilateral achilles tendonitis as a result of the new rocker bottom design. I ordered the 13's to replace but 6 weeks later I'm still working on recovery from the injury. Once the 13's are no longer sold I'll be shifting away likely to a new brand. This major overhaul of a great shoe model was a big mistake in my opinion.
