Very light on the feet. Look good not boxy. Surprised by tge support they give when running. Cushion the feet and my lower legs feel great. Will definitely buy again.
Bought these shoes to replace my beloved PureCadence (the only shoe I bought for the last 8 years) and after trying the Brooks Rivera (returned due to a too wide toe box) I settled on the Kinvara. I'm 33, size 8 and typically use these for power walking, lifting and cardio at the gym. I love the fit of this shoe- the low drop and narrow foot bed fit perfectly. The only reason I don't give a perfect score is because the comfort isn't there. It has little to no cushioning so I did have to buy the cushion inserts and it made it a perfect shoe. My only complaint is the laces are ridiculously long. I have to thread them through the laces after tying or they will trip me up in every single type of exercise-- they need to be a few inches shorter! I would recommend and will definitely get another pair of Kinvara's after I go through these pair. I like the color as well! Very happy customer- just don't forget those cushion inserts!
This shoe fits me a little better than the previous version and is a nice light but supportive shoe. The light blue color on the tongue of the shoe is not fixed well so my fingers keep getting dyed blue when I tie my shoes...it's getting less over time, but a month later still a bit of blue on my fingers ever time I put this pair on.
