Stiff, not like prior Guide model

I had the Guide 9 and loved it, so I thought this updated version would work for me...unfortunately, this version is stiff and the shoes feel heavy. I am getting shin splints while wearing them, which I've never had before. Sad to say these were a miss for me, though I loved the prior versions.

Personal assistance in the midst of a Pandemic

Fleetfeet's customer service was very helpful to me during these homebound times! One thing we CAN DO is walk and my shoes showed it. By calling FleetFeet I was able to get a very cooperative assistant who referenced my past shoe purchase and then guided me to a new and improved style.
