The biggest change for the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 is the re-engineered winged nylon plate that provides better vertical reinforcement to add torsional rigidity while maintaining flexibility in the forefoot. The upper has been redesigned with zonal mesh construction and an integrated tongue for a more secure fit. Finally, Saucony added a latticed designed outsole and a bouncy Super Responsive Sockliner.

These are good running shoes. For some reason the tongue is shorter on the left shoe than on the right shoe. It hasn’t negatively affected running in them, but it looks weird.
