Saucony updated this shoe to make it faster than ever. Designers changed the geometry of the shoe, making it a bit wider, to give you a smoother ride as you run. Then they added more of their ultra light PWRRUN PB foam, increasing the stack height and making it more cushioned and bouncy, so you can run faster for longer.
Saucony’s SPEEDROLL technology propels you forward step after step, while a new S-curve winged nylon plate returns your energy throughout your run so your legs feel fresh. It supports your foot throughout your stride, so you can push your pace.
A new upper gives you a better fit throughout your entire foot, while staying lightweight and breathable. In our Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 review, one tester noted, “The upper is simply perfect. My feet feel locked down with plenty of breathability and just that touch of extra padding that’s nice for longer miles. There’s enough room for my wider feet to stretch out as needed.” Plus, there is a XT-900 rubber outsole to let you grip the road as you run.

Love! Have owned multiple pairs
This is my 3rd pair!! I’ve been able to get close to 400 miles on each pair. Truly a Swiss Army knife shoe and race ready right out of the box (yes I did do this!) Try it keep it you won’t regret!My running style - heel striker over pronation avg weekly mileage is 35-50 primary use for shoe is speed work and long runs with pace targets

Great lightweight shoes!!
I actually ended up keeping a different size but same shoe. I wore these for a half marathon and trained with them for a week and a half before my half. My first run out these felt amazing!! So lightweight and fast on my feet like they propelled me forward. They did great for my half marathon. The only thing I noticed is the more I wore them for long runs my inside arch felt a little sore almost like I didn’t have enough support there. It wasn’t a problem because I just went back to my regular running shoes. But overall these are a great option to the carbon plate shows! I would definitely recommend. I have been wearing a size 8 in running shoes but I kept a 7.5 in the endorphins they fit well. My regular shoe size is a 6.5 for reference.
Great for speed work
These shoes are lightweight responsive and good for shorter runs and speed workouts. It was recommended to go up a 1/2 size but I really believe my normal size would have been better. The sizing inconsistency with Saucony is my only reason for knocking off a star.

Great cushion and bouncy feel. One complaint is they do not have good tread for wet/rainy pavement.
