The new Reebok Nano 9 is built for one purpose: to do it all.
Reebok redesigned its premiere Crossfit shoe this year to be more versatile than ever. A new Flexweave technology upper weaves fibers together in a figure eight pattern to make it stronger and more flexible than previous models, and designers added more cushioning in the forefoot to make it more comfortable for running.
Abrasion-resistant rubber wraps up the sides of the shoes to protect your boots against rope climbs, while a new decoupled outsole gives the shoe a better heel-to-toe transition.
Engineered with a bootie construction to dial in the fit, the Reebok Nano 9 is the most capable Nano yet.

Very comfortable right out of the box. I needed these for lifting/gym. I have foot arthritis so required a bit of cushion in the forefoot. These are very stable for squats and deadlift and I've been happy with the arch support and cushion as-is. I'm not sure if I'm just not used to the added toebox room in comparison to my other shoes but they may run a tad large. I had to order these online so am just keeping the 9's as I don't have the opportunity to try 8.5's. The arch support hits exactly where it's supposed to so it may just be the toebox is roomier than my usual shoes and I'm not used to it.
