Features

Be ready for supreme comfort and support in the On Cloudflyer 4.

Whether you want to start running, run every day or enjoy a different workout every day, the Cloudflyer 4 gives you plush support thanks to bigger, dual-density CloudTec® technology.

This shoe features On’s unique Speedboard®, which is crafted with high-quality polypropylene and engineered for speed, while the Helion™ superfoam gives you highly responsive cushioning, so you can crush your next speed workout.

A wider platform, new molded sock-liner and external heel counter keep your foot as secure as it gets, making it perfect for those with flexible arches or who overpronate. The thicker laces in a star pattern give your forefoot extra support throughout your run.

This shoe provides serious comfort with a re-engineered mesh that improves durability and breathability. Plus, it has On’s plushest ever tongue. You can also feel good about wearing the On Cloudflyer 4—it contains 90-95% recycled polyester and a total of 35-40% recycled content overall, so it is both premium performance and planet-friendly.

The On Cloudflyer 4 gives you performance, stability, cushion and style—all in one shoe.

Stiffer than the previous version

I loved the previous version of the Cloudflyer. My only issue with it was that they were not as durable as I might have liked - the clouds themselves mean that the sole is pretty thin in places. Of course, I put around 200 miles a month on them. If you don't run that much, you won't wear through them as quickly. But the 4's are stiffer and a bit less roomy than the previous version. They are the only On's where my foot feels cramped in the toe box. So even if you have worn the brand before, I would recommend trying these out before ordering to see if they work for you.
