The On Cloudflow 3.0 brings the best of On cushioning together with a revamped upper to create a fast and light shoe.

A bed of Helion foam above On’s signature CloudTec outsole absorbs impact upon landing and energizes toe-offs to deliver smooth, fast transitions on the run. The Helion foam works with the Speedboard to create a snappy ride that lasts over quick efforts and marathon-length races. The CloudTec outsole has also been redesigned to offer more traction on the roads so you can reach top speeds with ease.

On top of the durable CloudTec and responsive Helion foam, the Cloudflow 3.0 features a revamped upper with an even more precise fit than previous versions. The heel cap is dialed in for an even more secure fit that allows for dexterity on the run. Plus, the new upper uses more recycled content than ever before.

So far so good. I usually have a backache after cooking the fellowship meal every week at church. Since I have been wearing these shoes my back and feet don’t hurt as much. I’m sure as time passes these pains will be a thing of the past.

I would give 10 stars if possible, these are BY FAR the most comfortable shoes I've ever put my feet in. There was absolutely NO break in time, I put them on and my feet (or my back) haven't hurt since. Don't let the higher end price sway you away from these shoes, cheap shoes aren't good and good shoes aren't cheap. These are GREAT shoes!
