A thick bed of New Balance’s Fresh Foam provides the shock absorption and cushion you need to feel comfortable on any run. Designers updated the Vongo v5 with a segmented outsole to provide dialed-in stability exactly where you need it.
The Vongo v5 uses a unique Hypoknit mesh upper for a smooth, socklike feel that is equally huggy and airy. This keeps the shoe feeling ventilated without compromising on support throughout the midfoot. A rounded toe box accommodates natural toe-splay as you run, adding to the stabilized feel of the shoe.

A segmented outsole allows more flexibility while strategically placing stability elements exactly where you need them. Vongos are cushions for your feet
These New Balance Vongos fit like a dream. Super Cush, and enough support for my pronating feet. Love them. Customer service in Chico location was awesome as well.
