- Upper: A one-piece circular knit creates a breathable, seamless feel around your foot. Stretch laces let you adjust the fit exactly how you like it, while the cushioned tongue and heel tab bring extra comfort (thanks to weight savings from the lighter midsole). Reflective hits keep you seen during early morning or late evening runs.
- Midsole: New Balance's latest Infinion supercritical foam is engineered to maintain the same feel throughout your entire run. Testing shows it outperforms Fresh Foam X in cushioning, responsiveness and energy return, all while coming in lighter than before. The 6 mm drop keeps transitions feeling natural.

Addition to Running Shoe Rotation
I had the NB 1080 v14 and loved them!!! I decided to try the newest version. I have only had the opportunity to run once in these shoes. The cushioning seems a little different than the v 14 but I am not giving up hope yet. I ordered these in hot pink and the color is popping!!
