I love Mizuno Wave 7 and 8 running shoes. 8 does have some improvements. I used to have ankle and knee issues during and after running but not with these! This is my third pair now! I hope to put some miles on these awesome shoes!

I had the previous model, Wave 7, and thought they were great. The Wave 8's caught my eye purely on the color, white & blue. Whatever upgrade they did made them even better. I received those for Christmas '24. When these were marked on clearance recently, I had to get a back up pair. Like running on a cloud. They rub on the back of my heel only on the right foot. I just use higher sock, instead of a no show. Overall, a great shoe.
