Features

The Mizuno Wave Rider 25 offers balanced cushioning and support on every run.

Mizuno designers wrapped the reshaped Wave Plate in a bed of Mizuno Enerzy midsole foam. Enerzy foam offers next-level cushioning and energy return, while the Wave Plate delivers a stabilized feel with each step. Plus, the Wave Plate is now constructed with sustainable materials.

The support continues through the outsole with the classic Flex Groove design that promotes flexibility in the forefoot for a more secure toe off. X10 rubber on the outsole offers the durability you need to run in your Wave Rider 25 over long miles of daily training and prevents uneven wearing.

The Wave Rider 25 keeps a sustainable trend with the engineered mesh upper that features a recycled PET mesh lining and shoe laces.

A dynamic ride that you can’t truly appreciate until you start to move in it, watch Victor review how the new Wave Rider 25 comes to life under your foot.

What's New

A reshaped Wave Plate offers stability where you need it most without limiting your natural stride. The Wave Rider 25 stays flexible and cushioned thanks to a midsole bed of Mizuno Enerzy foam on both sides of the Wave plate. Redesigned 3D overlays on the upper add structure and support throughout the midfoot.

Who It's Best For

Anyone looking for a lightweight daily trainer. The Wave Rider 25 is plush and responsive and features plating technology to keep you supported on the run, without adding on weight.

Why You'll Love It

The Mizuno Wave Rider 25 has everything you could ask for. Enerzy foam is bouncy and plush and works effortlessly with the updated Wave Plate and durable X10 outsole rubber to create a stabilized running experience.

Light & Responsive

I usually run in either Brooks Ghost or New Balance 880s but decided to give these Mizuno's a try. My right foot is bordering on a wide through the midfoot I have high arches and a low insted. These fit perfectly in a regular with. The toe box has ample room and it laces comfortably over the top of my foot. At first I was worried they might not have enough cushion for me but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have just enough while also being light and responsive. The outsole is surprisingly grippy as well. These will definitely become a go-to for wet roads and winter runs and provide a nice option in my rotation.

3rd pair

Best shoe out there for me. I have a bunion that is only painful if I wear inexpensive shoes. I wear this shoe everyday. I have 3 pairs 3 colors and have been buying and wearing them over the last 18 months. No pain and I am on my feet all day on concrete floors.

Your new colors of MIzunos are a bit too bright for me but they are still very comfortable.
