The Karhu Fusion delivers unbeatable cushion and fast transitions to your everyday runs.
Built on top of Karhu’s unique AeroFoam midsole, the Fusion is lightweight and more temperature resistant than shoes built with EVA midsole foam. Maximum cushioning in the forefoot creates super-soft landings while an added propulsion unit energizes take-offs.
A shortened, 3/4-length Fulcrum embedded in the midiole of the Fusion concentrates cushioning toward the heel and midfoot, creating a responsive rocker that stabilizes each step and pushes you forward.
The upper is constructed from Karhu’s super-breathable, lightweight Ideal Knit mesh that supports your foot on top of the midsole for an all-around comfortable fit.
Karhu also created a high-volume option for wider feet. The Fusion HiVo provides a wide width for runners who need a little more space.

While the nuts and bolts of the Karhu Fusion Ortix 2021 are the same as previous versions, the new edition is lighter with a sleeker upper to shed ounces. The AeroFoam midsole is as cushy as ever, but the adjusted Fulcrum and propulsion unit create a faster transition in this version than the previous models.

Karhu Fusion
I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for years. Fleet Feet recommended Karhu Fusion. Absolutely the best shoes I have ever owned! I have not had an issue with foot pain since I began wearing them. They are well made and lightweight. The only shoe I will ever need!
Disappointed with V3 Fusion Ortiz
Loved the Fusion 2021 HiVO sneaker, ordered again and received the V3 version. I learned the heel drop has changed from 10mm to 6mm which has negatively impacted my runs. I will be returning these, although I love this brand and the fit of the shoe. Hoping Karhu puts out more neutral running shoes with 8-10mm heel drop. I also understand it can take months to adapt to a different (lower) heel drop by using various shoes for each run but just prefer to get something that I know works for me so I can fully enjoy my runs. I am appreciating the 60-day return policy as well.

Absolutely love these shoes! Despite what the foot scanner claims my feet needed, those didn't work and all got returned but these?! I literally want 3 more pair to rotate
