HOKA Stinson ATR 7
Features
If you can only pack one pair of shoes for your next adventure, make sure it’s the HOKA Stinson ATR 7.
Whether you’re out all day or going all out, this max-cushioned road-to-trail shoe will be your Swiss army knife for running, hiking, walking and everything in between.
The Stinson’s all-terrain versatility starts with its thoughtfully designed outsole that uses 4 mm multi-directional lugs made of grippy Durabrasion rubber for smooth and confident traction on any surface.
Then, a tall stack of plush and lightweight CMEVA foam and HOKA’s H-Frame midsole technology gives you a soft and stable platform for endless miles of comfort and shock absorption from pavement to trail to gravel.
Secure support and a locked-down fit come from the breathable jacquard mesh upper and gusseted tongue that hug your feet and prevent slippage while you’re navigating technical terrain. Plus, parts of the upper, including the laces are made from recycled content.
Lastly, a rubber toe cap gives you the extra protection you need to adventure off-grid.
From street to summit, get excited to run on clouds in the women's HOKA Stinson ATR 7.

Great shoe
I have had a lot of ankle-feet problem over the years. These shoes are great. My feet do not hurt. The grip on the sole makes ground surfaces not as slippery. This is my 3rd pair.
love my Hoka Stinson 7
Great shoe, seems well balanced. I like the color and style of the shoe. I have excellent traction for my outdoor walks.
Best for my running style
Running in my second pair of these. I like to run trail and road, sometimes combo in one run, so these are perfect. My feet feel protected. The cushioning is awesome. Toe box/relatively low drop results in no pain for my bunion. The color ways are so fun! Laces stay put. Basically I love them. My feet get a BIT hot and I know some people prefer a lighter shoe, but I'm old enough I've ran with way heavier shoes than this and I don't mind. I don't feel they slow me down or anything. Great grip on wet rocks, in mud, etc. I recommend them if you're like me and you just want something that works anywhere!
Good for trails
Order 1/2 size smaller
I loved the color!
I have three pairs of Hokas and was looking to get more. To find my size in a color I like seemed to be a chore. I found these on your website and decided with your return policy I couldn't go wrong. As soon as I put them on and walked my heel would slip up and knew they were a no go. So I sent them back the next day. My refund came shortly after. I will keep looking for something that looks great and look forward to doing business with you again.
Good trail hiking shoes
Like the tread except the tongue tends to slip down even with the laces snug.
Trail shoes
Love the Stinson for hiking. I find the tongue continues to slip down into the shoe as I need to stop during the hike to untie, tug tve tongue back up into place re tie. Slight issue.
Hoka Stinson
Been wearing Stinson for a very long time they’re really the only trail shoe my foot likes.
Stinson
Great fit, comfy, cushiony. Used for trail walking. Would buy again.
