HOKA ONE ONE Speedgoat 4

Named for HOKA Athlete Karl “Speedgoat” Meltzer, the Speedgoat 4 is the newest member of the Speedgoat clan.

Tackle any terrain with zonal rubber and 5mm lugs for added grip and stability. The Vibram Megagrip rubber outsole provides added grip for tough trails and slippery conditions. Fleet Feet testers praised the secure fit and reimagined, breathable mesh upper in the HOKA Speedgoat 4 review.

An expanded toe box provides added support and stability while 3D-printed overlays add midfoot support and lockdown for a secure feel. The midsole features a new, lightweight foam to deliver a cushioned, responsive ride.

Hit the ground running this winter with the super-grippy, super-comfy HOKA Speedgoat 4.

Excellent Trail Shoe!

A friend recommended these to me and I can see why! I needed a shoe to help me train for a marathon, weighted ruck march through the woods. I've put about 30 miles on them so far and they are FANTASTIC! My feet don't hurt and the shoes and insoles I purchased help keep my ankles and knees in alignment, despite the uneven terrain. Definitely worth the money!

Love to hike/Hate the dust

Love the support I get while hiking. Especially love not having shoes full of grit when I return home. This is my third pair of speed goat HOKA. They are my go to shoe

My first hoka experience...not too shabby. Only thing I'm not a fan of is that I need to double-knlt the laces. Or, maybe I'm not lacing them right?

Lightest Hoka I've ever worn.... more cushion than you would expect Great for shorter runs and pickup training.....

Excellent cushion, grip, and support

I purchased these shoes for some moderate level hiking (I cannot run right now due to pregnancy complications and back pain) and they were fantastic! I had no back pain during the hike or the day after. I was able to traverse mud, hills, streams, and rocks with ease. I do agree that the tongue can be irritating if you wear no show socks but I'd either get different socks or slightly trim the tongue if you prefer. These shoes provided the cushioning, support and traction I needed and allowed me to get back out in nature without pain (I also wore my SI belt during the hike), which has not happened since being pregnant. I did size down a half size and they fit perfectly. Absolutely 5 stars for me. As an aside, Angela at the Pepper Pike Fleet Feet store is awesome and helped me find just the right shoe without spending time online just picking what I thought would work. Thank you!
