Cushioned yet lightweight enough to handle longer runs as well as race-day speeds, the HOKA ONE ONE Rincon 3 gives you a smooth and comfortable ride mile after mile.
Whether you’re just starting to run, crossing a marathon off your bucket list, or spending long hours on your feet, HOKA’s signature cushioning and ultralight midsole is the perfect combination of soft, snappy and lightweight.
To shave weight without compromising the Rincon’s comfort and fit, designers updated the Rincon 3 with a vented mesh upper that stays breathable and cool when the weather heats up.
A thinner pull tab lets you slip the Rincon 3 on as easy as your favorite pair of slippers while the asymmetrical tongue gives your foot a secure lockdown that fits ergonomically to each foot.
During your run, you’ll love the super-smooth landings and efficient turnover due to HOKA’s early stage Meta-Rocker. Already a lightweight classic, the HOKA Rincon 3 makes each step feel effortless and responsive.

Women's | HOKA ONE ONE Rincon 3
I have always loved the Hoka one one, and I’ve run in this shoe for at least two years. I am disappointed in the change of design namely of the tongue of the shoe. There is a deep cut out of the center of the tongue which allows the laces to make direct contact with the top of the foot. I have no idea why this decision was made as it interferes with basic comfort and functionality. Don’t know if I’ll be able to buy this favorite model again:(
Not as good as Rincon 2
I loved the Rincon 2 and was excited to get the Rincon 3. The first thing I noticed was that it seems they have cut some corners in terms of quality on things like the tongue of the shoe and the laces. The material on the tongue is thin and looks cheaply made. When I put the shoes on and laced them up, the tongue always insists on going off to the side, which gives the shoe a lopsided look. That immediately turned me off. In terms of fit and feel, it feels pretty much the same as the Rincon 2, albeit a tiny bit less cushiony and smaller fit. If you are a fan of the Rincon 2, you may want to consider sizing up half a size with the Rincon 3.
The Rincons are good as a training shoe and have a lot of cushion that is less giving than the Bondi. The Bondi feel like I'm running on marshmallows which is not good if you want any kind of response. The Rincons are a little more stiff which helps to push yourself off again and again. Using these with the Carbon X's will work great for marathon training.
Rincon 3 size down half size
Phlox pink/atlantis color was as vibrant in person as online. Sized down half a size same as bondi 7 and Clifton 8. Usual size is 7.5 and 8 in other brands. Thinner fabric on top made for a lighter shoe. Great cushion on bottom. Lightweight and absorbs the fall of my foot. Best hoka one one shoe.
