Taking inspiration from HOKA’s Carbon X and Rocket X models, the Mach 4 is built for everyday speed. Using a cushioned ProFly midsole, the Mach 4 delivers lightweight support and responsive take-offs.
The internal meta-rocker promotes quick transitions and a smooth ride. The soft midsole foam is supported by a rubberized EVA outsole for the added traction you need without adding the overall weight of the shoe.
A re-imagined upper mesh is made from heat-pressed TPU yarn that provides structured support while remaining flexible and weightless. The upper works with a refined collar shape that alleviates pressure from the Achilles and creates a robust pull tab that makes for easy wear.
Lightweight construction means unfailing responsiveness in the new HOKA Mach 4.

HOKA focused on creating a light, bouncy ride in the updated Mach 4. They achieved this new feel by using lightweight, responsive ProFly midsole foam and a blown EVA rubber outsole. These foams work together to create a featherlight, fast ride. The updated upper delivers the structure you need for everyday training while a newly engineered collar sports a contoured Achilles tab for ultimate comfort.
This neutral shoe is great for everyday training, speedwork on the road or track, or even road racing. The responsive midsole foam and lightweight upper work together to promote smooth transitions.

Great shoes!
Love my new Hokas! They are comfortable and lightweight as my first pair were. The color is really pretty, too.

Great neutral shoe with not too much cushion. You may have to back lace if you have a more narrow heel, but it’s very worth it.
The best
Absolutely worth the extra cost. An orthopedist suggested Hoka subsequent to my extensive foot surgery. A well-padded and very comfortable shoe that seems to improve my posture. I’m a walker, not a runner, and I find the Hoka Mach 4 perfect for that hour long walk.
