- Upper: The lightweight and breathable creel jacquard mesh upper feels like air conditioning for your feet while extra padding along the heel collar and a gusseted tongue give you a performance fit with foot-hugging comfort to go the distance.

What’s New
HOKA updated the Mach 6 by switching from a dual-density midsole previously used in the Mach 5 to a single-layer super critical foam midsole. Other updates include a creel jacquard upper with zonal breathability and refinements to the collar and tongue. New strategic rubber outsole coverage gives you better traction on the road as well.

Reliable trainers!
The Hoka Mach 6 trainers are an excellent choice for a daily trainer! Great for everyday miles and also, to pick the pace up if you need to. I’ve run in all sorts of conditions and surfaces…grip in wet weather very good! I also took it on light trails and gravel roads. The outsoles are not to mushy and not too firm, providing adequate protection at all paces. This shoe would be one my of top choices, if I needed a shoe to bring on a trip with me , to get in some mileage. Very versatile shoe!

These shoes have the perfect amount of cushion, support, rock, and bounce. I'm on my constantly on my feet while I work, lots of standing, walking, squatting, and kneeling. My feet feel revitalized!

HOKA neutral shoe
I needed a neutral shoe due to issues with plantar fascitis. I purchased the inserts from Fleet Feet as well. The combination of the inserts with the MACH 6 are amazing. My heel does not ache all day while wearing these!
