- Upper: A new upper gives the HOKA Arahi 7 a fresh look and better fit. A breathable, flat-knit upper gives you plenty of style and support. HOKA made the tongue plusher for more comfort and gave the Arahi a dual gusset to prevent it from slipping or moving during your runs.
- Midsole: CMEVA midsole material provides comfort and cushion throughout your run, while HOKA’s signature Meta-Rocker rolls you through your run for a smooth ride.
- Stability: HOKA’s J-Frame midsole support is designed to help with overpronation or aid those with flexible arches without adding additional stiffness or weight.
- Outsole: Zonal rubber on the outsole improves durability.

Fit well and move well for exercising
Shoes are great. Had Clifton’s prior to these. Both are great. The Arahi are a tad less cushiony and still do well for long walks and dance class.

Just in a week
It is lightweight but unfortunately just one week of wearing it my heels and my bunion starting to hurt and it hadn’t hurt for a long time. I even ordered a wide size.

Comfortable running shoes
So typically I love these running shoes. However this pair squeaks really badly in the heel when I walk. Must b a defect because this is the first time I'm experiencing it. I have multiple pairs of Hokas, but this is annoying.
