Excellent temperature regulation
I tried this jacket out for an 11-mile track workout in 15-20 degrees F. I was very impressed with how it kept me warm enough while jogging, yet I didn't overheat during hard intervals (and no signs of sweat or odor afterwards). The fit is slightly bigger than I expected (I sized up to accommodate mid-layers) but not baggy or cumbersome.

Nice fitting coat. Material not friendly.
Fits well and is comfortable but the material started to pill after a few days of wearing it.
