Features
Softness and support combine to give you the ultimate run in the Brooks Glycerin GTS 20.
Brooks’ tradition of making the Glycerin GTS softer and more cushioned continues in version 20. The Glycerin GTS 20 now features nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 cushioning, which is their softest midsole technology and takes you on a bouncy ride. It is optimized to be lightweight, responsive, cushioned and durable.
The Glycerin GTS 20 uses Brooks’ signature GuideRail® technology along the heel and midfoot to give the shoe stability and support. This innovative technology supports your body in its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check—perfect for those who overpronate or have flexible arches and want a little more support.
Brooks redesigned the midsole and outsole by widening the platform to make for smooth and easy transitions. The upper gives you a secure fit thanks to plush and breathable engineered air-mesh. Plus, the toe box has more volume for your toes to spread out. If you want a tighter-fitting knit upper, then look at the Brooks Glycerin GTS StealthFit 20.
Plush, responsive and supportive, the Glycerin GTS 20 will keep your mind off your feet and on your workout.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, I get thru my day with ease in these.
These shoes are incredibly comfortable for standing, walking or running. I now have 4 pairs, 2 GTS and 2 regular. The GTS is definitely firmer support which is good for me as I've had plantar fascists, but they are all comfortable for full active days.
I recently swapped shoe brands and tried another brand. It was good for long period standing but as far as long walks or jogging . I had to go back to my brooks. My feet started hurting and my Brooks seem to be the best fit. Love my Brooks.
This is my second pair of Brooks GTS. They are really perfect for my feet and look great. But, 2 things: 1. the shoe laces do not stay tied for a whole day - annoying. 2. the tongue is not wide enough at the top to stay under the sides without serious adjustments - annoying.
These shoes have been wonderful. My feet hurt so bad when I walked into fleet feet, to get a new pair of shoe. I heard that they have you walk across this machine to see what shoe style works best for your feet. I would recommend everyone to do this. For the first time in a long time my feet don't hurt. These shoe are just want I needed. I work out in them, I can wear them all day shopping or whatever I'm doing and my feet don't hurt. I have had them about a month, so far they have held up great. They are great!
