Features
Brooks’ softest cushioning meets its reliable stability in the women's Glycerin 19 GTS.
Designers gave the Glycerin a bed of DNA Loft foam to cushion your steps. The foam is the softest one in Brooks’ lineup, which guarantees the plush feeling you crave for your everyday miles.
An engineered mesh upper provides breathable support and maintains a light weight, while a blown rubber outsole increases the Glycerin’s durability and traction on pavement.
The defining feature of the Glycerin 19 GTS, though, is Brooks’ GuideRails technology. The subtle stability feature helps keep your body in its natural motion path and reduces excess movement to keep you running smoothly.
In the Brooks Glycerin 19 GTS review, Fleet Feet runners said the DNA Loft foam delivers a soft, engaging ride, while the GuideRails are there when you need them but disappear when you don’t.
For the softest, most stable ride, look no further than the women's Brooks Glycerin 19 GTS.
Love the cushion but don’t need GuideRails? See the neutral women's Brooks Glycerin 19.

Brooks Glycerin 19 GTS Review:

The Brooks Glycerin 19 GTS offers unbeatable stability with a softer midsole foam than ever before. The GTS model accommodates excess rolling in the feet and ankles that is commonly associated with over-pronation in order to deliver the most comfortable ride possible for all foot types.

It’s been a few years since I wore the brooks GTS. I decided to return to them and love them more than I have in the past. I need wide running shoes and these are very comfortable.
This is my third purchase of the Glycerin GTS 19, after purchasing one pair of Glycerin 19, too. Both styles are similar, but the GTS offers a little more stability & support. Recovering from a back injury and surgery, these shoes have been great in getting me back to running!
In the past I wore the Transcend. Since it has been discontinued, I switched to the Glycerin GTS 19 and don't like it as well. I was told it was the same shoe as the Transcend just a name change. It took my feet two-three weeks to quit hurting after I started wearing them. I sure wish they would bring back the Transcend and give more color options.
I've been wearing glycerin for several years, and have not liked the last few generations. I decided to try the glycerine GTS and I love them. The GTS gives more support and the shoe itself still feels low profile and light. Very glad I gave them a try.
I’ve been searching for the last remaining Brooks Transcend to no avail. I finally figured it out that this is the replacement shoe. Good cushioning & stability, but doesn’t feel quite the same across the top of my foot. I’m not switching brands, I’m loyal to Brooks at this point: I’m hoping my to fall in love with this shoe like I did the Transcend7 as I continue build back up to jogging again.
