Best Running Shoes
These are by far the best running shoes Iโve ever had. They are super comfortable and provide the right amount of support and stability. My knees no longer hurt while running
New Running/ Hyrox Shoes
So far so good on my runs and training for Hyrox
Flexible shoe with great support
I was visiting Virginia and went to the local Orange Theory. A Fleet Feet rep was there with the Brooks Glycerin Flex and allowed me to test it out for a class. I love these shoes! Flexible enough that I can do lunges and mobility but sturdy support for the treadmill. The laces are an improvement over my old Brooks shoes as well. The Glycerin Flex laces do not knot up like my old shoes. Great idea to partner with Orange Theory for a trial run. I ordered these as soon as I got home. Fast shipping and great customer service.
Loving the fit and ride
Immediate love on the fit of these, the knit upper is fantastic. I've a narrow foot, so if anything Brooks like the Glycerin Max tend to be a touch too wide in the midsole for me. The flex is very, very comfy - I've taken it out on some longer tempos and hill sessions. I did notice a little feedback mid run in the midfoot of the foot I broke a few years ago. That is the kind of negative feedback I find interesting from a shoe, as it might be a sign the Flex is actually delivering on the promise of building foot strength. I'm optimistic it will live up to its hype, and in the meantime I've got a really comfy shoe in rotation.
