The updated Ghost 14 features full-length DNA Loft midsole foam for the most cushioned feel yet. DNA Loft foam is super soft and springy for a light, responsive ride as you run. The new midsole foam works with a Segmented Crash Pad for rolling transitions from heel to toe.
Brooks designers also tuned the Ghost 14 upper for a more snug, supportive feel up top. Brooks 3D Fit Print creates a flexible structure that contours to your foot’s natural movement as you run. This helps the engineered knit mesh hug your foot where you need it, and prevents chafing and uncomfortable rubbing.

Glad to go back to Brooks
I switched from Brooks for the past two years, mostly to see what else was out there, but I am happy about going back. Still has support I need while not feeling clunky. Definitely recommend!
Love my Brooks
I have been wearing Brooks shoes for years and the Ghost model. It changes a little each year and sometimes that is a problem (toe box gets too narrow). The 14 really Works!

I only wear brooks sneakers. This pair ( Ghost 14) are my favorite by far. They are so comfortable, it feels like you’re walking on clouds. Great support for running and walking!
Brooks Ghost 14
Prior to going to East Sacramento Fleet Feet, I've never owned any Brooks shoes. Got my feet scanned and assessed. Brooks Ghost was one option that fit my finicky feet and toes 'just right', along with inserts for better arch support. The Ghost is a good looking shoe, as well. My feet are so incredibly happy. These will be my go-to shoes from now on. And the customer service at Fleet Feet is excellent. Will be returning.
