The new Adrenaline GTS has a midsole made up of 100% DNA LOFT. This simplified midsole construction makes it softer and, combined with the segmented crash pad, provides for a more seamless transition from the heel to toe-off.
The GuideRails® in the Adrenaline GTS provide a holistic support system and align your body into its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check. Similar to how bumpers in a bowling alley keep the ball from going in the gutter.
Brooks strategically uses 3D Fit Print technology in the upper of the shoe to provide structure for your foot, while moving with it.
All of these factors combine to give you a smooth and steady shoe, making sure that you can “Run Happy.”

Adrenaline 22
I love the shoe. Bought the Adrenaline 22 for support due to plantar fasiciatias. One drawback. The shoe strings are too short. Called the company and are getting longer replacements.
Love them
These are by far my favorite shoes right now! I’m on my feet all day almost everyday and these help not make it so bad. I will say the orange colored ones with cheetah on the stripe are a lot more narrow than the blue ones with pink stripe. The blue ones are a lot wider and so are the black & white ones. Just think about that before you buy. I love them both but was surprised at the difference!! I will still buy more colors though.

Shoe laces too short on Brooks walking shoes
Great fit, great shoes. I can walk pain free
I had to order to get the right fit and these feel wonderful. These shoes keep my foot and ankle stable while walking and exercising. They are nice looking shows with a lot of cushioning in them.

The Brooks Adrenaline cup my feet for a balanced walk and the cushioned feel is great for old feet or overused feet!
