The legendary Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 just got softer. This beloved support shoe will have you running smooth and steady with its updated 100% DNA LOFT midsole and GuideRails® support.
The new Adrenaline GTS has a midsole made up of 100% DNA LOFT. This simplified midsole construction makes it softer and, combined with the segmented crash pad, provides for a more seamless transition from the heel to toe-off.
The GuideRails® in the Adrenaline GTS provide a holistic support system and align your body into its natural motion path while keeping excess movement in check. Similar to how bumpers in a bowling alley keep the ball from going in the gutter.
Brooks strategically uses 3D Fit Print technology in the upper of the shoe to provide structure for your foot, while moving with it.
All of these factors combine to give you a smooth and steady shoe, making sure that you can “Run Happy.”

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22
After an appointment with my podiatrist at Sutter. he recommended that I stop buying shoes on-line and go to Fleet Feet in Santa Rosa in hopes of getting their recommendation for an extra wide walking/running shoe. They recommended Brooks and actually had a pair in stock. This time when I needed a new pair, the Santa Rosa store was out but the young woman was kind enough to check with the Fleet Feet on-line store and found that I could get them there. As the saying goes, the rest is history. Kudos to the Santa Rosa store employee.
Great shoes
Very comfortable, nice look. Fits well. Shoe laces are not the best-too short and gets loose easily. I would give 4.5 if I could. .5 for laces
Great walking shoe
I walk between 35-50 miles/week. I’ve worn this shoe for the past 4 months (2pairs!) and they’re absolutely the most comfortable walking shoe Ive used. They do wet out immediately in even wet grass, and that’s the only negative I can think of. Great shoe for me. I’d recommend them.
Foot pain eliminated
Great shoes for distance running that has gotten rid of my pain due to flat feet and has even eliminated my knee pain. Plus, they give a little bit of springiness when running. Highly recommended. Good investment
Fav Shoes!
My foot test at Fleet Feet revealed things about my feet that explained my pain. My new Brooks Adrenaline 22 have done away with my problems. Can walk 4 miles and still feet feel great! Thanks Fleet Feet and Brooks!!
