The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 is a classic running shoe that just keep getting better.
Subtle changes to the 20th version of the Adrenaline improved the shoe’s ride and made it slightly lighter, but it’s still the easy-riding stability running shoe you know and love.
Brooks used a combination of DNA Loft foam for softness and BioMoGo DNA foam for responsiveness, so you get the best of both. Around the foam is a lightweight, breathable engineered mesh upper.
Designers updated the GuideRails support system this year, which made it a little lighter but didn’t change how they work. GuideRails still help guide your body into proper alignment when you run.
Fleet Feet runners laced up the shoe for the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 review, and they loved it for its accommodating fit and supportive ride.
After 20 years of running, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 is better than ever.

Love these shoes!
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. About 8 years ago, I started limping from RA inflammation in my left ankle. It got worse, developing into an orthopedic issue as the muscles atrophied and tendons shortened. Fast forward to an appointment with a podiatrist that came with a recommendation these shoes with the fleet feet copper insert. These shoes were the best place to start my rehab. They hold my foot in place comfortable and the glide rails give my ankle stability that my atrophied muscles could not provide. With rehab, supported by these shoes, I am on my way to a limp-free walk. These shoes were not the silver bullet. However, these shoes have been a critical to the continued improvement and lessening of orthopedic issues. I absolutely recommend these shoes for anyone with ankle issues. For me, they have been instrumental in helping me get to a limp free walk.
So comfortable, but foam sole wore down pretty badly
I ordered these shoes back in March as my first ever pair of Brooks! I have bunions and I found they were wide and supportive enough to walk and even run pain-free which is incredible. They're like night and day from Nikes! Anyway, within a month or so, I noticed the foam sole was beginning to wear down on the sides. My feet don't scrape one another while I walk *too badly* -- but the foam just got totally scraped up to where it looks like I tried to gouge the foam sides out. I'm 6 months in and need to order a new pair of sneakers because they look SO scraped up and worn down on the sides. It's a little disappointing the foam didn't hold up better.

Love Fleet Feet
Been wearing Brookes Black Adrenalins for many years. Can always count on Fleet Feet to fill my order in a timely manner. The shoes help support my back and legs.
I've been buying the same
I've been buying the same pair of shoes from Fleet Feet since 2012, and they haven't let me down once! My sneakers were shipped quickly and arrived within a few short days.
