Good, if puffy, daily trainer
Bought these as a replacement for the Brooks Ghost as a daily trainer. They're true to size, easy to wear right out of the box, and the gusseted tongue is padded enough to provide comfort. They work well at an easy run pace, but also hold up to strides. The only thing I am not a fan of is the amount of cushion (which is endemic right now). If you take a sharp turn, you lose stability underfoot around the edges as the foam squishes, and I can see that being a big problem with any uneven terrain. There is also too much padding through the mid-foot for me, and it makes the drop from heel to toe feel strange and like most of it happens in the forefoot/toes. I also have a strong feeling that I am not going to get my usual 600 miles out of these, as the foam is definitely going to break down before then.

Amazing!
These are so comfortable and light weight. I’ve always ran in brooks but wanted something with more support and these are it. No knee pain when I run and I love the bouncy feel to them.

These shoes have great cushioning more than my previous ones. The color is so great. Different from many others . Have received lots of compliments. Too bad store didn’t have them but at least they helped me try theirs in the store and told me how to order

Great and comfy
These are great. Definitely size up, which I always do with ASICS. They feel great and this is one of the only brands that actually tests their shoes on women as opposed to just making men’s shoes smaller, which means they fit so much better than other brands.

Comfy for any distance/speed
Love the asic novabalst! They have great cushion & bounce and feel light. They can handle long distance and when you want to push the pace. My overall favorite "does it all" shoe
