The Novabast 3 features ASICS new FF BLAST PLUS cushioning, which is lighter and bouncier than the previous foam to give you a livelier ride. A heel stabilizer helps support the foot and gives you a smooth, balanced stride.

A trampoline-inspired outsole gives you a more responsive bounce back. Plus, ASICS strategically placed AHAPLUS™ on the outsole to improve durability.

ASICS made the upper cleaner and sleeker. The breathable jacquard mesh upper provides good comfort and support. ASICS focused on improving its environmental impact in the Novablast 3—75% of the material in the upper is made with recycled polyester and a solution dye sockliner helps to reduce overall water usage by about 33% and carbon emissions by about 45%.
