This Lite-Show version of the ASICS Novablast 3 features reflective details that are strategically positioned to improve visibility when running in low-light settings, making it safer to run in the dark.
The Novablast 3 Lite-Show features FF BLAST™ PLUS foam that creates a more energizing rebound coupled with a trampoline-inspired outsole design. ASICS also added more cushioning, while making the shoe significantly lighter with its new midsole compound.
A heel stabilizer supports the foot to give you a more balanced stride, while the gusseted tongue wing fit system improves the midfoot fit and reduces any tongue sliding. Inspired by geometric origami, the upper not only looks fast, but the new engineered monofilament mesh keeps the foot cool and comfortable as your run heats up.
The ASICS Novablast 3 Lite-Show is a great everyday trainer that provides a lively, cushioned ride and extra reflectivity for those early morning or nighttime runs.

The ASICS Novablast 3 Lite-Show has extra reflectivity on it to help you run safer in the dark.
ASICS made the Novablast more comfortable and lighter thanks to its brand new upper. The engineered monofilament mesh adds breathability to keep your feet cool. A new gusseted tongue and more supportive heel design give you a better fit than previous versions. Plus, designers added FF BLAST PLUS foam (and an additional millimeter of stack height) to give you more cushion and bounce. All of these changes make it approximately 30g lighter than the ASICS Novablast 2.
