Built to be smooth and stable, the ASICS GT-2000 v8 provides comfort for runners who crave performance.
The GT-2000 v8 packs an updated GEL technology pad and a softer section of foam into the heel of the shoe to increase shock absorption when you land. Then, the lightweight Flytefoam midsole takes over to deliver a soft and smooth heel-to-toe transition and more energetic stride.
A breezy engineered mesh upper allows better air circulation inside the shoe to keep your feet dry, while a combination of a firm medial post and ASICS’ Trussic System adds stability for overpronators.
Whether you need stability or seek out performance, you’ll find both in the ASICS GT-2000 v8.

Fantastic online ordering process and expedient shipping
Had purchased a pair of Ascis (blue in color) earlier at my local Fleet Feet store. The shoe fit so well, comfortable, and light-weight, decided I would purchase a second pair, but wanted in different color. After returning to same store was advised didn't have the color I wanted in stock. But the assistant in store advised me to go online and shoes would be delivered to my home. Upon leaving store I went online while in my care and ordered the Rose/Gold I wanted. This was on a Monday. Tuesday the package came to my residence around noon. I couldn't believe the turnaround time from ordering to receiving. Very happy and satisfied Fleet Feet customer, and I've another $15.00 reward to apply toward a purchase next visit.
Truly a narrow shoe with great arch support for pronators. So perfect, I bought a second pair.
Had a great experience finding the right shoes for running! I love them so for!
The shoes are mostly very comfortable. I have had NO leg, knee or hip pain since wearing them. However, I ordered the narrow fit as I have very narrow feet. Unfortunately, they are a little too narrow in certain areas. I have to loosen the strings a lot to make it tolerable enough to wear them. Wish I'd gone with the standard fit, but otherwise I'm happy.
