New stability technology provides support to the midsole and prevents pronation while the heel cushions the foot with each landing and encourages a toe-off stride.

These are great running shoes - lightweight but plush cushioning. Fit is true to size (I always size .5 up for my running shoes). Shipping was fast.

Legit Comfort!

I was a fan of Asics for quite a while, and then went to Brooks when PF issues flared up. When I tried the new Lite version, I fell in love with running again! I hope they continue to make this model, as we all know our favorite shoe can be fleeting......I already have two pairs for back up!
