Recycled and sustainable materials bring high performance to the women's ASICS GEL-Kayano Lite 2.
Designers built the Kayano Lite 2 with an engineered mesh upper for breathable coverage. The mesh contains more recycled materials than typical running shoe mesh to help divert waste from the landfill.
ASICS designed the GEL-Kayano Lite 2 for lightweight stability by constructing it atop a wider base. The expanded footprint provides more surface area on the ground, which creates a more stable landing and toe off.
To soften the ride, ASICS used its FLYTEFOAM midsole and signature GEL cushioning technology in the rearfoot and forefoot. Plus, the midsole foam is made from organically derived materials, so it’s easier on your feet and on the planet.
