ASICS FF Blast foam is super lightweight and provides responsive rebound over long miles or intense speedwork. Signature GEL technology in the heel and forefoot of the Kayano 28 offers shock absorption and cushioning over landings and toe offs.

The GEL-Kayano 28 is an excellent stability shoe for those with low arches, overpronators, or runners who favor a more stabilized feeling on the go. ASICS DYNAMIC DUOMAX technology works with the midsole foam to reduce overpronation and prevent uneven wearing on the outsole.

Plus, 3D Space Construction in the forefoot offers gender-specific compression and added stability throughout the footbed of the shoe.

Cloud running

K-28's are like running on clouds but also give you the support you need. Very comfortable and I like how they hug my small heels. I had foot surgery over 20 years ago and on after most runs my feet are sore, but not now.

I am liking the changes that have been made from the 27's to 28's. It took a little longer to break the ASICS in but now I love them. And the color is great. I got the pink but really its more of a coral color.
