But there are two unique attributes to be aware of: It has Altra’s unique FootShape toe box that looks a little more squared off to help accommodate the actual shape of your foot, and it sits on a 0 mm heel-to-toe drop, which can take some getting used to.

And they run really small smaller than most Altras. I’m a size 7 and always wear an 8.5 to run. Ran a half and toes didn’t feel good. Will go back to the latest Altra Paradigm.
