Who It’s Best For

The Olympus 6 is a great option for trail runners and hikers looking for a grippy, durable and high-cushioned trail shoe for their off-road activities. The roomy fit is perfect for runners with wide or high-volume feet, or anyone who just likes some extra room for their toes to spread out.

Why You’ll Love It

A shoe with this much cushioning shouldn’t feel this fast and nimble on technical trails, but the Olympus 6 does it with ease.

Awesome — except for the Achilles pad

Jenn S 2 months ago Verified Purchase

I love these shoes except for the weird Achilles pad at the heel. I had to buy higher socks because I saw lots of reviews that said it gave them blisters. The pad feels strange and unnecessary, like my heel is pushed forward and doesn’t rest right in my shoe. I just bought these because I needed more cushion after running an ultramarathon in the Lone Peaks and realizing I need more padding for future endurance races. I’ve done a few runs in these so far and they seem great, just very much hoping the next model of these shoes does not have the Achilles pad feature.
