These are the best shoes for training for balance and weight training
I wore these for weight training and balance training and I just love them. I can feel the floor, but I’m still getting support. Great nice tight fit. These are great shoes. I don’t use them for running, or walking long walks, but I use them in the gym for a variety of weight training and balance exercises. They are just wonderful love the feel.

Love these lightweight shoes!
I do not like a large sole or clunky feeling shoes for workout and these are perfect! I ended up going with a size closer to my normal shoe size - I normally size up in a tennis shoe.

Great walk and run.
I recently purchased these new these shoes and I’m genuinely impressed with their performance. From the moment I slipped them on, I could feel the comfort. The cushioning is superb, providing excellent support for long walks while still being lightweight enough for speed work.

Great shoes
I use these daily for CrossFit workouts. They are firm enough for lifting weights and have enough cushion to run in during the workouts. They also wash well which is another plus.
