Superfeet All-Purpose Support Low Arch (Black) insoles have an easygoing arch shape and low profile that fits great in tight-fitting footwear.

Some of Superfeet’s most versatile insoles, All-Purpose Support Low Arch use a low-profile shape, so you can improve the comfort, fit and performance in a wide variety of running shoes and footwear. Slip them into uncomfortable dress shoes during a long day at the office or put them in your lightweight running shoes for extra support and performance during your workout.

Great for all-purpose use and those with flat feet or low arches, a subtle yet firm arch shape gently hugs your heel and foot to relieve pain and encourage natural foot alignment and movement.

New name! Same comfort and support. This insole was previously called Superfeet BLACK. Superfeet changed the name to All-Purpose Support Low Arch to help you more easily match your foot shape to an insole.

Who It's Best For

Runners, walkers and comfort seekers with flat feet or a low-medium arch shape will most likely enjoy the easygoing arch support Superfeet All-Purpose Support Low Arch insoles give you. Their low-profile design helps them fit into moderate to slim-fitting footwear, even some without removable liners.

Why You'll Love Them

They’re super thin and will fit into almost any shoe, so whether you’re looking to keep your feet from aching after a long day of standing or want to stay comfortable during your runs, All-Purpose Support Low Arch insoles are a great addition to your walking or running shoe.

How Long Do They Last?

Superfeet insoles generally last up to 12 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first. If you are unsure of when you last bought a pair, there are a few signs that can tell you it’s time to buy a new pair of insoles for your running shoes. First, check for any white marks from bending on the plastic heel cup, similar to how a credit card looks when damaged. Then, check to see if the medial arch support shape is rubbed away or worn down. Lastly, if the shape of your foot is clearly imprinted over the entire insole or has worn through the fabric, it is likely time for some replacements.

You’ll need to trim your insoles to fit them in your shoes. Take the stock insole out of your shoe, and place it on top of your Superfeet insole, making sure to line up the insoles at the heel and the medial (inside) edge. Use a pen or marker to trace the shape of the stock insole onto the Superfeet product, and then use sharp scissors to trim off the excess around the toe. Check out our video below on how to trim your insoles.

Not saying that this product isn’t good just not a good fit to me. After using these insoles nine times over varying distances I developed a sever soreness in my heel. Have since removed and went back to stock sock liner.

My podiatrist told me to get these

Tania L 2 years ago Verified Purchase

I have an unstable ankle and have been experiencing a lot of painful tendon inflammation in my foot from too much lateral motion so I went to see a podiatrist who told me to try these. He said they are super thin and will fit in any shoe - I won't even notice them. I'm impressed that I can slide them into absolutely any pair of shoes I own - I've used them with hiking boots skechers tennis shoes and low-heeled dress shoes. It did take a few tries to find the right dress shoes. Of the 3 pair I wear most often they only feel comfortable in one (in the other two my toes get squished) but that's enough. I cannot express how grateful I am to come home at the end of a work day and NOT have foot pain!

Super comfy!!!

I hope ON *never changes this shoe! I was fitted in the Pittsburgh store a year ago and this was recommended to me. I just ordered my second pair (and a third in the waterproof version). I walk outside and do CrossFit these are perfectly stable my feet never overheat or feel swampy the laces are cushioned so don't cut in and there is plenty of room for my wide ball of foot area with no weird stitching etc over the bunion area. I don't run but I do occasional sprints and these are literally like running on a cloud. Only issue is the laces are kind of slippery so I need to double knot to ensure they don't loosen up. I see myself getting these well into the future. I normally wear 8.5-9 in athletic shoes and I got a 9 in these.

I went over to the store near my home to exchange an item I ordered online. It was quick and easy. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She was also very careful to keep her distance and followed all the COVID19 guidelines. I was very impressed.
