Roll Recovery R8 Plus

I’ve tried the R8 and would recommend the R8 plus. You can modify the tension on an R8 by pulling the clamps out a little while you roll, but if you want to watch TV and roll mindlessly, get the R8 plus and be able to adjust tension. I can really only use it on my legs, glutes and forearm…anything else didn’t work well. I have enough issues with those three things that this is worthwhile. A foam roller works, but I’ve got to be on the floor, playing twister with my foam roller. Now I can watch a show (working through Silo) while loosening up my calves, quads and hamstrings. Hip pain is feeling better bc I’m hitting the adductors regularly. So if you got a little bonus cash, need to loosen your extremities, and the challenge of getting on the floor with foam roller is stopping you from working those muscles…this this device is worth it.
