Have used it for several long runs very comfortable doesn’t slide around no chaffing. Generous pocket holds several gels and my phone external bungees can hold more gels but I haven’t had to use that yet.

The Nathan water pack is exactly what I have been looking for. Have been using it for over 3 weeks both for short and long runs and I give it 5 plus stars. Stay put. Easy access to water bottle both removing and putting it back as your running. A go t for me.

Great simple hydration solution

This is perfect for me on my long runs (10-15 mi). Based on some reviews I was concerned about bounce but I haven't experienced any at all. It's lightweight and comfortable holds enough water for me hand has one big pocket for my phone. That's all I need. (The pocket could be a tad bigger though. Just a tad.) Highly recommend.
