Saucony Triumph 17

Features

The Saucony Triumph 17 is a first-class long distance running shoe that will help you make the most of your training.

Saucony pumped the Triumph 17 full of PWRRUN+ foam for a springy and responsive underfoot feel. The new cushioning is 25 percent lighter than Saucony’s previous best foam, which means the new Triumph still delivers a soft ride with less weight to hold you back.

Designers used FORMFIT technology to secure your foot from every angle. The tech acts like a bucket seat by conforming to the unique curves of your foot, locking you in place from your first step to your last.

In the Saucony Triumph 17 review, Fleet Feet testers say the new fit and cushy PWRRUN+ foam make for an outstanding ride.

The updates make the new Saucony Triumph 17 an ideal training shoe for any distance from a 5K to a marathon.

Comfortable shoes

Comfortable recovery running shoes. Powerrun sole is very responsive and provide a lot of cushioning for long runs. Upper is a little thick and can be warm on warm weather.

Running Pillows

They should have named these shoes, running pillows. That is how they feel on runs. I have been using the Saucony Triumph since the ISO in 2015. At 235 lbs, and 43 years old, I need great cushioning for my knees. I am able to run 12-15 miles a week without feeling like my legs are going to break. Highly recommend if you are needing a great shoe for long slow runs.
