The Saucony Triumph 17 is a first-class long distance running shoe that will help you make the most of your training.
Saucony pumped the Triumph 17 full of PWRRUN+ foam for a springy and responsive underfoot feel. The new cushioning is 25 percent lighter than Saucony’s previous best foam, which means the new Triumph still delivers a soft ride with less weight to hold you back.
Designers used FORMFIT technology to secure your foot from every angle. The tech acts like a bucket seat by conforming to the unique curves of your foot, locking you in place from your first step to your last.
In the Saucony Triumph 17 review, Fleet Feet testers say the new fit and cushy PWRRUN+ foam make for an outstanding ride.
The updates make the new Saucony Triumph 17 an ideal training shoe for any distance from a 5K to a marathon.

These shoes provide a perfect balance between cushioning, responsiveness and support. The fit is snug and keeps your heel in place. All this in a relatively light shoe. I hadn’t run in Sauconys in quite some time. I’m 6’2”, 200 lbs and in my mid 50’s and for me these are close to perfect.
these are ready to go right out of the box. at first I thought they'd be a bit too much shoe because of the amount of step in plush. but they fit my feet well, don't feel bulky or heavy, and have an extremely nice ride.
