Saucony Guide 18 Review: Soft Meets Supportive
Can the Guide 18, available February 1, provide the best of both worlds? Or will it sacrifice support in the name of softness?
A smooth, reliable trainer for runners who need a light stability option, the Guide 18 offers just the right amount of support without weighing you down.
Step into the perfect blend of cushioning and stability with the Saucony Guide 18.
For runners and walkers seeking a soft and supportive ride, the Guide 18 adapts seamlessly to your stride, providing a smooth, stable experience with every step. It works by combining Sauconyโs soft and responsive PWRRUN foam with their Center Path Technology which keeps the foot centered and supported.
โI like how the Guide 18 feels less bulky,โ says Spencer in our full Saucony Guide 18 review. โSometimes weight can be a tradeoff when adding more cushion, but this latest model seems lighter weight and more agile.

โThe Guide 18 is great for anyone wanting a stable, supportive ride that still allows you to move freely and naturally. Stability version footwear can sometimes feel too intrusive - not here,โ says Spencer in our Saucony Guide 18 review.

Thos is a great trainer - true to size and very supportive.
I really like them; this is the second pair I have bought.
Too old to run anymore, but still walking. These shoes almost make me feel like I'm wearing no shoes, that's how comfortable they are. My orthotics fit perfectly. A great shoe.
I couldn't ask for a better fit and comfort. The staff at Feet Fleet was the icing on the cake!
I like them. I have a wide flat foot and they comfortable and soft. Itโs sounds crazy but I have a good spring in my step and lots of cushion!
The Saucony Guide 18 is a great shoe, true to size, very comfortable.
Great for cross country running.
I am a big guy and appreciate this shoes stability and support. So far very happy.
